1 small red cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 pack of Ramen noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 green onion, chopped (optional)
Combine the cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl mix together the vinegar, oils, soy sauce and sugar. Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage mixture just before serving. Garnish with green opinions.
